to the Office of the Inspector of Custodial Services report Behaviour
Management Practices at Banksia Hill Detention Centre tabled 17 July 2017, and ask: (a) when was the decision made to remove sugar from the meals provided; and (b) does the Department of Corrective Services have any evidence to suggest that the removal of sugar has led to better behavioural outcomes, and: (i) if so, will the Minister table that evidence or advice: (A) if not, why not; and (ii) if not, why has sugar been removed?
