Ministerial Office
(a) 8
(b) All applications received are promptly processed and are in various stages of being answered.
(c) Not applicable
(d) One access applicant has been forwarded an Estimate of Costs, which is currently the subject of an external review by the Office of the Information Commissioner.
Department  For Child Protection
(a) 95 applications have been received in total since this date.
(b) 57 applications have been answered since this date.
(c) There have been no requests for internal review since this time. There has been one application that went straight to external review as the applicant missed the internal review period by 1 day. I felt under the circumstances this person required the views of the external party.
(d) None, we do not charge for the dealing of applications unless in extreme circumstances.
