I refer to the Emergency Department at the Narrogin Regional Hospital, and I ask: (a) How many times since July 2019 to date has the department had to divert ambulances because there was no doctor on call; (b) What is the policy for patients who present to the department requiring medical attention and there is no doctor on call; and (c) With respect to (a) on each occasion a doctor was not available to be rostered, how many Australian Triage Scale (ATS) 1, 2, and 3 patients presented to the hospital during that period?

(b) Patients are admitted into the ED, and care is provided using the Emergency Telehealth Service, or if appropriate, after telephonic consultation with Northam emergency doctors.
