I refer to the matter relating to the inspection and licensing of a Mitsubishi Bus, 1CFA629, belonging to Mr L. and Mrs Y. Drage, a matter which has been with the Minister’s office since 3 July 2009. The last contact from the Minister’s office was on 23 December 2009, advising that the matter was being given the Minister’s consideration. I ask:
(a) has the Minister given this matter his consideration yet; and
(i) if yes, what is the Minister’s response;
(b) what action will the Minister take to address the inconsistencies in the report;
(c) does the Minister concede that the Department of Infrastructure made errors in their assessments of the vehicle; and
(i) if yes, what action will the Minister take to address this matter; and
(d) what action will the Minister take to recompense Mr and Mrs Drage?
