I refer to the 30 recommendations from the independent inquiry into Perth Children’s Hospital following the death of Aishwarya Aswath in April 2021: (a) As the minister originally responsible, is it acceptable that, after two years, Perth Children’s Hospital still does not have a supernumerary resuscitation team in place; and (b) Have all 30 recommendations been implemented: (i) If not, how many recommendations remain unimplemented; and (ii) Does the Minister have a timeline for the implementation of the remaining recommendations?
