I refer to responses to my questions without notice 857 and
979 asked on 15 August and 5 September 2019.
(1) Has the
Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions completed its
assessment of reinstating reserve 44705 and lot 100 into D'Entrecasteaux
National Park?
(2) If yes to (1), what was the result?
(3) If no to (1), when will the department complete the
assessment?
(4) If yes to (1), will the minister please table the report?

question.

The Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions has identified
that the majority area of reserve 44705 together with lot 100 will be pursued
for addition to D'Entrecasteaux National Park, and negotiations with
other state government agencies are ongoing.
(4) A formal assessment report was not prepared.
