refer to the New South Wales Government’s Independent Planning Commission document A Guide to Managing Conflict of Interest , and I ask: (a) is
the Minister aware of this document; (b) do any of the following planning assessment bodies
have a similar conflict of interest policy: (i) Western Australian Planning Commission; (ii) Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority; (iii) City of Perth Local Development Assessment Panel; (iv) any of the five Metropolitan Joint Development
Assessment Panels; and (v) any of the three Regional Development Assessment Panels; (c) if yes to (b), please table those policies; and (d) if
no to (b), why not?
