The Department of finance advises:
(1) There are 15 Ministers located at Dumas House.
(2) The two Ministers not located at Dumas House are:
- Hon Mark McGowan MLA, Premier – Hale House, 1 Parliament Place, West Perth; and
- Hon John Quigley MLA, Attorney General – 10th Floor, London House, 216 St George’s Terrace, Perth.
(3) Yes.
(4) The total net lettable area for ministerial offices in Dumas House is 8,678 sqm. Dumas House is a government-owned building, therefore, government is not subject to rental payments within this building. The average cost per sqm, inclusive of variable outgoings, is $182.09 per sqm per annum (plus GST).
(5) There are 133 car bays allocated to ministerial staff. The cost associated with these bays is the Perth parking levy of $1,151.90 per bay per annum (plus GST).
