(e) Of the 150 vehicles in the fleet, 102 are 4 cylinders. It is not considered to be cost effective to convert 4 cylinder vehicles to LPG. Of the remaining vehicles 11 are hybrid vehicles, 3 are LPG powered and 4 are diesel powered.
