I have a supplementary question.
Does the Premier seriously believe that waiting more than two years to announce

We will do what is needed to make
sure that we keep those young people safe, and we will do it properly. This is
not a time for political sloganeering; this is a time to make sure that we do
the right thing by the young people in that ward. The opportunity to decant 12
of those beds in the short term so that we can undertake this work represents a commonsense, sensible approach to redeveloping
that ward. Anyone would think that it is the appropriate response.
