(2) If so, what are these locations?

(2) Broadhectare holdings Banksia Grove, Beeliar, Brookdale, Butler, Clarkson, Ellenbrook, Mirrabooka, Orelia, Quinns Rocks and Wellard; Strategic sites Beaconsfield, Cannington, Joondalup, Kwinana, Maddington, Perth, Rockingham and West Perth; Redevelopment sites Balga, Bentley, Brentwood, Cloverdale, Como, Coolbellup, Doubleview, Girrawheen, Glendalough, Gosnells, Hamilton Hill, Hilton, Innaloo, Joondanna, Koondoola, Koongamia, Langford, Middle Swan, Midland, Midvale, Nollamara, Osborne Park, Queens Park, Swanview, Westminster and Willagee. The Department also acquires single house lots and grouped housing sites throughout the metropolitan region on a spot location basis. (3)-(4) There is no list of priority demand locations.
