I refer to your answer to Question on Notice No. 3141, in relation to the apartments in Cockburn Central leased to the CBI-Kentz Joint Venture, and I ask: (a) what was the weekly, fortnightly of monthly value of the rents paid by CBI-Kentz JV (CKJV) for each of the 23 units; (b) how long were each of the 23 units leased out to CKJV; (c) when were each of the units sold by the Department; (d) how much was each unit sold for; (e) to whom were the 23 units sold; and (f) were any of the units sold to CKJV, Chevron or other mining or resource industry companies?
