(a) Yes
(b) see tabled paper
(c) An initial IPP was submitted by Carnegie Clean Energy (Carnegie) to the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) on 6 April 2018. As the project details are still being developed, DPIRD considers this to be a 'live' document and continues to liaise with Carnegie to update it. The most recent version of the IPP was submitted by Carnegie on 4 October 2018.
(d) The IPP contains commercially sensitive information to a private entity, which would not be appropriate to table in full in Parliament. I will therefore table the most recent version dated 4 October 2018 with the commercially sensitive information redacted.
