For each Department and Agency under the Minister’s control, including the Ministerial office, will the Minister please advise of the following -
(1) Is there a requirement that complaints relating to workplace bullying are officially recorded?
(2) If not, why not?
(3) For each Department or Agency, how many cases of bullying in the workplace have been reported in the years -
(a) 2003-2004; and
(b) 2004-05 to date?

(1) Complaints of workplace bullying are managed in accordance with the Department of Culture and the Art's "Code of Conduct" and "Policy on Grievance Resolution". A written record of the complaint is made where a grievance is raised in relation to allegations of bullying. Both the Code and Policy apply to all agencies within the portfolio.
