3. The Ministerial Council has not incurred any direct costs on its consideration of the East Perth Power Station site. The East Perth Redevelopment Authority has coordinated the review of options over the Power Station site and its adjacent land at a total cost of $501,743 to end of May, 2003. The cost attributable to the Power Station site is approximately $271,000.
