I refer to the McGowan government's
pre-election promise to spend $5 million on upgrading the Niels Hansen
Basketball Stadium in Kalgoorlie.
(1) Does the government intend on
honouring its promise?
(2) If not, why not?
(3) If yes, how long can the people
of Kalgoorlie expect to wait until upgrade works are underway?
