Why has the Minister not issued directions, in the last nine months, to -
(a) rehabilitate an outstanding tourist and environmental icon and remove commercial and recreational fishing boats from Coral Bay to protect Ningaloo Reef;
(b) remove all moorings from Coral Bay to protect Ningaloo Reef;
(c) ascertain whether fertiliser is being used on the lawns that front Coral Bay and in the caravan parks and resort;
(d) facilitate an immediate physical CALM presence on the beach side of Bills Bay, Coral Bay as an educational facility; and
(e) remove all tourist signage from the beach side of Coral Bay and erect clean and simple educational signage for visitors to the area and thus commence rehabilitation of this outstanding tourist and environmental icon?
