Simon O'Brien, who is on urgent parliamentary business.
I refer to my question asked on
Thursday, 18 June 2020.
(1) Did any
person from the Fremantle Port Authority or the Western Australian Port
Operations Taskforce discuss with the minister or any member of the minister's
staff the decision to cease publishing the minutes of the WA Port Operations
Taskforce meetings?
(2) If yes to
(1), who was involved in those discussions?
(3) Was the
decision to cease publishing minutes of the meetings a result of any form of
direction or strong suggestion by the minister's office?
