1-4. I have received numerous letters from Mr Morrissey since early 2001. The vast majority of these have not been directly addressed to me, but copied to myself. Mr Morrissey has received responses from myself, the former Commissioner of Police, the Assistant Commissioner (Professional Standards), the Police Service Internal Investigations Unit, and the Officer in Charge of the Police Service Freedom of Information Services. Mr Morrissey's complaint has been investigated by Police and he has been advised that unless he raises new issues or provides new evidence, his letters will be noted and filed.
