676. Hon STEPHEN DAWSON to the Minister
for Housing:
I refer to the expiration on 16 May 2015 of the Osprey
Village interim agreement between the Department of Housing and Fleetwood.
(1) Has a new formal agreement been
signed?
(2) If yes to (1) —
(a) what are the terms of the new
agreement;
(b) what are the details of the
agreement in terms of payments to Fleetwood;
(c) when does the agreement
expire; and
(d) will the minister table the
agreement; and, if not, why not?
(3) If no to (1) —
(a) has the interim agreement been
extended, and, if yes —
(i) for how long; and
(ii) are
there any changes to the total of monthly payments to Fleetwood; and, if so,
what are those changes?
(b) if the
interim agreement has not been extended, is Fleetwood still managing Osprey;
and, if so, under what mechanism; and, if no, who is?
