(a) Kimberley College of TAFE, Broome Campus, was successful in receiving a grant of $74,698 during the 2000/2001 round of the Science and Technology Innovation Fund grants to investigate the potential of Kimberley indigenous flora species for amenity horticulture and floriculture. The project was undertaken as a collaborative arrangement involving Kimberley College of TAFE, Broome Shire, Kimberley Region CALM office and the Botanical Parks and Gardens Authority.
