I refer to QON 1233 asked in the other place on 7 August 2024 about exterior panels, otherwise known as cladding, identified as flammable and deemed for replacement at Fiona Stanley Hospital, specifically in relation to Building B, and I ask: (a) Has the Business Case referred to for Building B remediation work been completed; (b) If yes, when was it completed, and will the Minister table that document; (c) Has a tender process been undertaken to carry out the work identified in the Business Case; (d) If yes, which company has been awarded the tender and what is the value of the tender; (e) When is the remediation work expected to begin and be completed; (f) What disruptions are expected to occur at the hospital and the hospital precinct site because of these remediation works; (g) What contingency plans have been put in place to address these disruptions for staff and patients; and (h) If the Business Case has not been completed, why not and when will it be completed?
