QuestionView source ↗

(1) Has Western Power evaluated the current reliability and quality of electricity supplies to the Vasse electorate, in particular, into the Busselton townsite?
(2) If yes, what progress has been made on producing a list of recommended actions or initiatives that are needed for supply reliability improvements to be adequately addressed for this rapidly growing area?
(3) If yes, what key areas of capital expenditure have been recommended by Western Power to overcome deficiencies in supply reliability and what are the costings for each of these key areas?
(4) Has funding been allocated in the 2001/2002 budget or forward estimates for the implementation of any of these recommended actions/initiatives and, if yes, how much has been allocated?
(5) If Western Power has not recently evaluated current supply problems into the Busselton area, why not, considering the numerous complaints made about brown outs, black outs and surges that have been reported to Western Power over recent months?
