For each department or agency in the Minister for Federal Affairs portfolio can the Minister provide the following information -
(1) How many staff were recruited to each department or agency in the Ministers portfolio in each of the following categories in 1997-1998 and 1998-1999 -
(a) Chief Executive Officers;
(b) Senior Executive Service; and
(c) Level 1-8?
(2) Of those staff how many were recruited internally and how many were recruited by, or with the aid of, external recruitment agencies?
