(1)–(4) Both Apple Street and Railway Parade are local
roads under the care and control of the City of Swan. The City of Swan
notified Main Roads of the temporary closure in accordance with section 3.50 of
the Local Government Act 1995. Questions regarding this closure are a matter
for the council.
