While the data has been cleansed where possible, it is estimated that there could be an error rate of approximately 1.08 per cent due to duplicate bonds, spelling errors or formatting variations as a result of address information being entered directly into the bonds database by lessors and real estate agents, with some opting not to use the address validation feature.
