I refer to Budget Paper No. 2, Volume 1 at page 371 "Outcomes and Key Effectiveness Indicators", and ask: (a) what was the rate of offences against the person per 100,000 people in each of the South West Police District, Peel Police District and Great Southern Police District in: (i) 2012-13; and (ii) 2013-14 (to date); and (b) what was the rate of offences against the person in each of Bunbury, Harvey, Collie, Busselton, Margaret River and Manjimup in: (i) 2011; (ii) 2012; and (iii) 2013?
