supplementary question. Furthermore, can the minister confirm that her referral
of the director general's investigation to the Corruption and Crime Commission
indicates a lack of confidence in her director general and her department?

No, it does not. I
think I have been clear that I received additional information last week and,
in discussing that with the director general, I formed the view that we would
seek advice from the CCC in relation to that.
