MINISTER
FOR SPORT AND RECREATION; RACING AND GAMING — RESIGNATION —
STAFF ENTITLEMENTS
442. Hon ALANNA CLOHESY to the
Leader of the House representing the Premier:
I refer to the payment of entitlements to staff who left the
office of the former Minister for Sport and Recreation; Racing and Gaming upon
the then ministerXXX ###XXXs resignation effective
December last year.
(1) Did any staff receive a payment upon leaving employment
as a result of the ministerXXX ###XXXs resignation?
(2) If yes, what was the position title of each staff member
who received a payment?
(3) For each payment, what was the dollar amount paid for —
(a) accrued annual leave;
(b) pro-rata long service leave;
(c) payment in lieu of notice; and
(d) payment for years of service?
(4) For each
payment, was this entitlement payout the total amount of all severance payments
made; and, if not, what was the value of any additional payments made?
(5) If any additional payments were made above entitlements,
for what reason were they made?
