The advertisements were taken down so they could be reviewed and modified for later use after concerns were raised about them by the cycling community and others. This was the best and most efficient use of the resource. The Road Safety Commission advised me that this course will ensure minimal loss. The initial production cost to create the videos is $135,779. The revised advertisements will be shown later this year and beyond.
