The Treasurer has provided me with the following answer — (1) No. (2) The Economic Regulation Authority’s determination on Western Power’s second access arrangement was not finalised at the time the statement of corporate intent was submitted. The ERA’s final determination, which was made on 19 January 2010, needed to be considered during the 2010–11 budget process before the statement of corporate intent could be finalised. (3) No. (4) The Department of Treasury and Finance and Western Power are currently finalising the statement of corporate intent.
