I refer to the support the Department for Culture and the Arts has provided to grow the film and animation industry in Bunbury, and I ask: (a) will the Minister please table all memorandums of understanding (MOUs) and/or agreements, including funding agreements, between Screen West and any or all of the following: (i) Vue DC Group; (ii) Vue Group; (iii) ISA Technologies Pty Ltd; (iv) ISA Pty Ltd; (v) Australian Centre for Digital Innovation; and (vi) Shanghai Hippo; (b) will the Minister please table all MOUs and/or agreements entered into by Screen West in relation to the Australian Centre for Digital Innovation; and (c) if no to (a) and/or (b), why not?

(a)
(i - ii) Since 2003 ScreenWest has entered into 53 contracts, agreements and/or MOU with Vue Group or related entities.
Agreements are usually made in confidence in the interests of protecting creative information, personal details and intellectual property.
However, there is a right of access to records held by State Government agencies under the
Freedom of Information Act 1992.
A briefing for the Member can be arranged.

ScreenWest has not entered into any agreements or MOU with these entities.
