The Housing AuthorityXXX ###XXXs
north east metropolitan preference zone includes the suburbs of Ashfield,
Bassendean, Beechboro, Bellevue, Caversham, Chidlow, Eden Hill, Ellenbrook , Greenmount, Guildford, Helena Valley, Henley Brook,
Herne Hill, Jane Brook, Kiara, Koongamia, Lockridge, Middle Swan, Midland,
Midvale, South Guildford, Stoneville, Stratton, Swan View, Viveash, West Swan
and Woodbridge.
(1) The average
wait time for the priority housing waitlist in the north east preference zone
as at 30 June 2015 was 68 weeks and for 30 June 2016 was 50 weeks.
(2) The average
wait time for the wait-turn housing waitlist in the north east preference zone
as at 30 June 2015 was 189 weeks and 30 June 2016 was 153 weeks.
Please note, the above average
figures are based on the 12 months of occupation up to and including 30 June 2016
and 2015 respectively.
