1. The applications in question, being applications for Mining Leases 45/695, 53/590, 53/693, 51/771 and 51/772, were made on 14 March 1996, 24 March 1997, 7 October 1997, 10 February 1999 and 18 February 1999 respectively. 2. Application for Mining Lease 45/695 is located over the Kintyre uranium deposit. Applications for Mining Leases 53/590 and 53/693 are located approximately 28 kilometres southeast of Wiluna townsite. Applications for Mining Leases 51/771 and 51/772 are located approximately 52 kilometres south of Meekatharra townsite.
2. Application for Mining Lease 45/695 is located over the Kintyre uranium deposit.
