1125. Hon STEVE MARTIN to the Minister for Finance:
I refer to first home buyers.
(1) How many first home buyers purchased a home at the
first home owner transfer duty concession rate in —
(a) 2023–24,
(b) 2022–23, and
(c) 2021–2022?
(2) For each of
the years in (1), how many first home buyers purchasing a home paid no transfer
duty, because the first home owner exception threshold applied?
