I refer the Attorney General to the response his predecessor was good enough to provide on Tuesday 22 February 2022 (question without notice 81), regarding the distribution of funds garnered under the provisions of the Criminal Property Confiscation Act in recent years, and I ask: (a) noting that it is "rare for a [drug trafficker] declaration not to be made when sought", is the Attorney General able to provide the number of occasions on which this happened; and (b) given that the Auditor General's review of Criminal Confiscation, published in 2018, stated that the Director of Public Prosecutions was eligible to have received bonus payments from the Confiscation Proceeds Account in 2016 and 2017, is the Attorney General able to provide more up to date figures regarding bonus payment eligibility in successive years?
