Emergency Service), Department of Environment and Conservation and Tourism Western Australia, meet periodically to review information management issues in relation to adventure tourism incidents. ii) That all Department of Environment and Conservation visitor incident reporting templates include information on the visitor's nationality or country of origin. iii) Department of Environment and Conservation (DEC) should consider introducing a condition of licence that allows DEC to prohibit use by a licensee of a person who has within the previous ten years been convicted of a serious
