I refer to Estimates Committee hearings and the unanswered question in relation to the review into officer discipline/loss of confidence, and ask: (a) Was the Minister's office provided with a draft, final or any update on the review: (i) If so, on what date; (b) What date was the review meant to be finalised; (c) What date was the review meant to be publicly released; (d) What is the revised date for (b); (e) What is the revised date for (c); (f) Has the Minister or any of his current staff had any representations, meetings or communications from any organisation or individual in relation to the review and if so: (i) Who contacted the Minister or his staff; (ii) On what dates did (f)(i) occur; and (iii) Did the person or organisation identified in (f)(i) seek for the review to be ceased or delayed in any manner; and (g) Has the Minister or his staff ever been solicited by any individual or organisation to cease, delay or obfuscate in any way the review: (i) If so, by whom?
