I am advised that:
1.
A Mr Les Smith AM has provided services to the former Department of Contract and Management Services (now part of the Department of Industry and Technology).
2.
Mr Smith was engaged for the period 2 February 1998 to 16 June 1999 for various short-term periods billed on an hourly basis. He was engaged during the 1997/98 and 1998/99 financial years.
3.
Mr Smith recieved $5,650.00 in the 1997/98 financial year and $18,500.00 in the 1998/99 financial year.
4.
Mr Smith was engaged to participate in a review of the State Supply Commission Act 1991.
