In December 2025, the Department provided schools, through internal communication, guidance on managing the application and enrolment processes for students with disability, including information on their legal obligations.
Enrolment-related regulations, policies, procedures, and guidance will continue to be reviewed throughout the development of the long-term disability reform plan.
