The Department of Water and Environmental Regulation administers two funds for monetary contributions made for the purpose of environmental offsets imposed as conditions under Part IV or Part V of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 (EP Act). These are the Pilbara Environmental Offsets Fund for contributions made under Part IV and the Native Vegetation Offsets Account for contributions made under Part V.
The figures provided below relate to the Native Vegetation Offsets Account and the Pilbara Environmental Offsets Fund.
