(2) The
Western Australian Planning Commission also owns the following land in freehold
on the western side of Stirling Highway, North Fremantle: 71 Stirling Highway;
83 Stirling Highway; a portion of 87 Stirling Highway, being lot 502; 89
Stirling Highway; and 135 Stirling Highway.
