(1) Please provide a tabulated list (in Excel or editable database) of all public tenders awarded and completed (within your department or associated agencies from 1 July 2021 to 1 Mar 2025), in which the actual completed contract value was 20% higher than the original estimated contract value? Include in the list for each over 20%. ( Rank in order of size of contract by dollar value): (a) The tender code; (b) The tender description for services or goods or both; (c) The region(s) where the tender was actively engaged or completed; (d) Public contact details for the successful tenderer; (e) Original estimated contract value ($); and (f) Final actual (completed) contract value ($)? (2) Provide details for any awarded tender since 1 July 2021 (according to (a-f) above) where any contracted tender was abandoned where more than 25% of monies was expended? Why, if any, was the tender abandoned? (3) Provide details of any tender awarded since 1 Jul 2021 (according to (a-f) above) where probity or audit revealed undeclared conflicts of interest, misappropriation, malfeasance or activity contrary to Public Sector AEDM (Accountable and Ethical Decision Making)? (4) Provide any details where a fixed price was agreed and yet the actual final price was 20% higher than the agreed fixed price and reasons why a fixed tender was not finalised? Noting again Items (a-f) for each incidence of a fixed contract not being achieved?
