I refer to Extinction Rebellion, and the August 5 2021 incident where six members of the group spray chalked a footbridge in the central business district, and I ask: (a) is Extinction Rebellion classified as a gang or organised criminal entity; (b) if yes to (a), what was the decision to classify them as such based on; and (c) what was the total cost to Western Australian Police for the investigation, arrest, charging and prosecution of those involved in the incident, if available?
