SOUTH COAST MARINE PARK
1316. Hon NEIL THOMSON to the parliamentary secretary
representing the Minister for Environment:
I refer to the south coast marine
park, which had received record submissions at the closing date of 18 June, and
note there is not a further news update on the Department of Biodiversity,
Conservation and Attractions website.
(1) When does the minister propose
to provide the community further information on progress?
(2) Are the
regulations that will give effect to the marine park likely to be finalised
before the end of this current term of government?
