As at 19 May 2017 and with respect to the basement of 1 Parliament Place: (a) are they given a safety and security induction upon arrival; (b) are their names recorded on any register to ensure that each person is accounted for in the event of an evacuation and if so, is that register retained in accordance with the State Records Act 2000; and (c) are they made aware of emergency exits and evacuation assembly points?
