With regard to Environmental Protection Authority bulletin No 1169 titled “Voyager Quarry: Avon Loc 1881, Lots 11 and 14 Horton Rd, The Lakes”, page 12 refers to “an additional fauna survey” which was undertaken after a number of submissions relating to the lack of site-specific information and the reporting of two dead native mammal specimens by the public after unauthorised land clearing at the site. (1) Will the minister provide details of this “additional fauna survey”; how and by whom was it undertaken; was the multiple survey method involved, and, if not, what survey methods were used; and over how many days or period of time did this “additional fauna survey” take place? (2) Will the minister advise whether this survey met the current guidelines for vertebrate surveys in the EPA’s guidance statement No 56 titled “Terrestrial Fauna Surveys for Environmental Impact Assessment in Western Australia”? (3) Will the minister table the survey report? Hon LJILJANNA RAVLICH
