(1) Of the 24
recommendations made in 'Enough is enough': Sexual
harassment against women in the FIFO industry , three are relevant to the minister's
mines and petroleum portfolio. Of the three recommendations , one has been
completed. The remaining two recommendations are being implemented.
(2) The initial
response to the 'Enough is enough' report was tabled in
Parliament in September 2022 and a progress
report was tabled on 29 November 2022. As written in the introduction of the
progress report, all future progress will be reported in the Department of
Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety's annual report.
