(b) what was the specific nature of the work for which these payments were made to Skea,, Nelson and Hager; and
(c) how was this work awarded to Skea, Nelson and Hager?

The Minister Replied:
(a) Nil.
(b)&(c) Not applicable.
In the Report on Consultants Engaged by Government for the 6 months ending 31 December 1997 and for the 6 months ending 30 June 1998 it was shown that Skea Nelson and Hager were engaged by Treasury. They were not engaged by Treasury, as reported, but by R&I Holdings.
