the minister representing the Minister for
Corrective Services:
I refer to the work
of Adult Community Corrections.
(1) As at today's date, for how many
offenders subject to supervision by Adult Community Corrections is breach
action currently underway for failing to comply with the offenders' supervision
conditions?
(2) Further to (1):
(a) what is the longest time that a
breach action has been outstanding;
(b) how many offenders are subject to a breached
post-sentence supervision order;
(c) how many offenders are subject to a
breached high-risk serious offender order; and
(d) what other supervision orders or
offender classes account for the remaining breaches?
